Please be aware we at SEAS THE MIND are a training provider, not a mental health support service and is unable to give emergency support, but there are lots of organisations that can.
Emergency help
If you feel like harming or hurting yourself and are in port, call the local 999 or go to your nearest Accident and Emergency (A&E) find details on your crew board.
If you need medical help but it’s not an emergency, call your onboard telemedicine service where they will be able to direct you to your local crisis support services, and offer health advice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
